**Charge Nurse**
The Charge Nurse delivers hands-on patient care to residents, while also ensuring adherence to both state and federal healthcare standards. In this position, they act as the main coordinator for interdisciplinary teams focused on managing patient care and planning for discharges. Applicants are required to possess a valid LPN or RN state license, along with the capability to work autonomously and effectively. Additionally, reliable transportation is necessary for this position.
