Job description
The Chief Advancement Officer will be responsible for spearheading the organization’s overall fundraising plan, which encompasses major gifts, grant acquisition, and marketing campaigns. This individual will oversee the advancement team and collaborate closely with the CEO to foster relationships with significant donors and stakeholders. Applicants should possess a minimum of 8 years of increasingly responsible experience in fundraising, demonstrating a successful history with major contributions and grant writing. Essential qualifications include strong leadership capabilities, expertise in CRM software, and a background in mission-oriented areas such as agriculture or sustainability.
