Job description
**Job Title: Chief Engineer**
The Chief Engineer is the highest-ranking executive accountable for overseeing the technical integrity, design, and construction activities of the Chrysalis facility. This role involves leading multidisciplinary engineering teams to guarantee that the project adheres to safety, regulatory, and performance benchmarks from the commissioning phase to project handover. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in an engineering field and over 18 years of progressive leadership experience in managing complex, regulated capital infrastructure projects. A demonstrated history of successfully guiding innovative technology projects from design through to industrial-scale execution is required.
