**Job Title: Chief of Staff**
As the Chief of Staff, you will serve as a strategic collaborator with the CEO and COO, overseeing executive operations, managing investor relations, and reinforcing organizational rhythms. You will spearhead cross-departmental projects, develop fundraising initiatives, and guarantee the successful implementation of leadership objectives. Ideal candidates will possess over 7 years of experience in senior management, strategic roles, or operational functions, ideally within an early-stage startup or the healthcare sector. A Master’s degree in business, healthcare, or public policy is preferred, along with demonstrated expertise in fundraising and managing relationships with executive-level stakeholders.
