Job Summary
The Human Resources Generalist plays a vital role in supporting the creation and execution of HR initiatives, policies, and procedures throughout clinic and residential locations. This position focuses on various HR functions to promote efficient operations and maintain compliance.
Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process to attract and select the best talent.
- Conduct orientations for new hires to facilitate their integration into the company.
- Ensure that the organization adheres to necessary accreditation standards and regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 2-3 years of prior experience in Human Resources.
- Proficient in using personal computers, especially spreadsheet and word processing software.
- Able to maintain a minimum typing speed of 45 words per minute.
