**Job Title: Human Resources Generalist**
The Human Resources Generalist offers centralized assistance with an emphasis on compliance, employee relations, leave management, and workers’ compensation. This position is responsible for maintaining the integrity of HR data, providing payroll support, and facilitating interdepartmental collaboration to promote streamlined operations. Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a relevant discipline along with 3 to 5 years of pertinent HR experience. Candidates must demonstrate expertise in compliance, leave of absence administration, and HRIS platforms. PHR or SPHR certification is regarded as advantageous.
