**Chief of Staff & Chief Strategy Officer**
The Chief of Staff & Chief Strategy Officer acts as a key strategic ally to the President, guiding the Foundation’s comprehensive strategy and collaborative projects across the organization. This position is charged with ensuring that organizational resources are aligned with long-term objectives and serves as a liaison to external civic and philanthropic partners. Applicants should have a minimum of fifteen years in senior leadership roles, showcasing a successful track record in managing complex initiatives that engage multiple stakeholders. An in-depth knowledge of the philanthropic and civic environment in the Charlotte area is essential, alongside the capability to engage effectively with executives and board members.
