Oversee the entire recruitment process for both corporate and federal project positions, offering strategic talent guidance to hiring leaders. Create focused sourcing strategies and keep precise candidate documentation within the applicant tracking system to maintain compliance. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruiting, ideally within the fields of architecture, engineering, or federal contracting. Applicants should demonstrate robust sourcing skills, expertise in ATS tools, and the capacity to function autonomously in a remote work environment.
