Job description
The Director of FP&A will oversee the organization’s financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities, as well as implement a cohesive reporting framework. This role will act as a vital financial advisor to the executive team, delivering detailed analyses to aid in strategic and operational choices. Applicants should possess a minimum of 8 years of advanced FP&A experience, particularly in the manufacturing or construction industries. Expertise in financial modeling and familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA is essential, along with exceptional leadership and communication abilities.
