Job Summary
This role involves leading capital engineering projects from their initial pursuit through to design, construction, and final closeout. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project scope, schedule, budget, contracts, and overall financial performance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of capital engineering projects, ensuring alignment from initiation to closeout.
- Manage the scope, schedule, and budget of projects effectively.
- Foster coordination among multidisciplinary teams and various stakeholders.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure clear and effective communication regarding project details and requirements.
- Meet quality, safety, and compliance standards throughout project execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- 5 to 15 years of pertinent industry experience in capital engineering projects.
- General knowledge of engineering principles and capital project lifecycles.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to project management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, document management software, and digital collaboration tools.
