Job description
The Chief of Staff functions as a strategic ally to the CEO and the executive team, converting organizational goals into actionable quarterly objectives. This position is responsible for coordinating initiatives across various functions, promoting accountability within the organization, and assisting in streamlined executive decision-making processes. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and a minimum of seven years of advanced experience in operations, strategy, or project management. Familiarity with business operating systems such as EOS and previous experience in food manufacturing or consumer packaged goods is strongly preferred.
