Job description
The Chief Radiation Therapist will oversee and provide leadership to the radiation therapy team, offering training and mentorship while efficiently managing departmental operations, including payroll and resource distribution. This role includes the supervision of equipment upkeep, adherence to quality assurance measures, and guaranteeing compliance with healthcare standards. Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree and have completed an accredited Radiation Therapy program. A minimum of 7 years of hands-on clinical experience as a Radiation Therapist is necessary, along with a current ARRT (T) certification and a valid license to practice in Washington State.
