**Job Title: Behavior Technician**
As a Behavior Technician, you will execute customized behavior intervention strategies as directed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Your role includes instructing children with autism in communication, social interaction, and daily living skills, while also working to minimize behaviors that disrupt their progress. To qualify for this position, candidates should be at least 18 years of age and hold a high school diploma or GED. It is essential for applicants to be able to clear a background screening and have the physical capability to lift weights of up to 50 pounds.
