**Director**
The Director oversees everyday operations, directs enrollment processes and budget management, and guarantees the quality of programs while creating a nurturing atmosphere for both staff and families. This role involves developing robust partnerships with clients and upholding compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations. Applicants should have a minimum of an associate degree in early childhood education or a related discipline, along with at least four years of leadership experience in a childcare environment. Furthermore, the position requires a Department of Early Education and Care Director II certification, as well as experience in teaching and administrative roles.
