The Area Director plays a key role in managing the daily operations of various sites, ensuring that staffing levels are optimal and that compliance with state licensing regulations is upheld. This position also focuses on fostering solid relationships with school management and overseeing enrollment goals across several locations. Ideal candidates will have 3 to 5 years of experience in leadership roles or site management, ideally in the childcare or education sector. A bachelor’s degree is advantageous, complemented by excellent organizational abilities and proficiency in staff schedule management.
