**Job Title: Patient Appointment Scheduler**
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and scheduling patient appointments via incoming phone calls, all while ensuring meticulous record-keeping in our electronic health record system. You will engage professionally with both patients and healthcare providers to confirm insurance eligibility and secure any required medical referrals. This position requires a high school diploma or GED, along with a minimum of one year of experience in customer service or healthcare. Strong verbal communication abilities and proficiency in basic computer software are crucial for success in this position.
