Job description
**Site Director**
The Site Director is responsible for managing all facets of the after-school and summer camp initiatives, guaranteeing adherence to state guidelines and Healthy Kids policies. This role involves orchestrating dynamic activities, overseeing day-to-day operations, and fostering effective communication among families and staff. Applicants should possess an associate degree or an equivalent qualification in education or a related discipline, coupled with a minimum of two years of experience with children. Additionally, applicants must have at least one year of supervisory experience and demonstrate the capability to fulfill physical requirements while maintaining necessary medical clearance.
