The Supervisor Key Holder assists the Store Manager in overseeing the daily functions of retail operations, managing sales activities, and ensuring that the sales team achieves targets related to efficiency and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include overseeing visual merchandising, managing inventory restocking, and training sales associates to uphold store standards. Applicants should have 1-2 years of experience in retail and demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal abilities. This position demands flexible working hours, the capability to lift up to 25 pounds, and a high school diploma.
