Job description
The Store Manager plays a key role in achieving sales targets, ensuring exceptional operational standards in the store, and leading team performance. This position is also centered on fostering customer connections, guiding team members, and addressing any customer service challenges. Ideal candidates will possess prior experience in leading and coaching sales teams and will demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. A college degree, either 2-year or 4-year, is mandatory, and a Property and Casualty license is advantageous.
