Responsibilities include implementing quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) plans, maintaining quality standards, and assessing project contracts. Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and a Professional Engineer (PE) license. A minimum of 6 years of civil engineering experience is required, along with at least 3 years in a supervisory role for technical staff.
