Job Summary
The Civil Structural Engineer will take charge of providing leadership and guidance to the personnel engaged in civil and structural engineering services. This role involves consulting on projects and addressing the technical aspects that may restrict or limit the operations within the department.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the civil and structural engineering team.
- Consult on various projects and identify technical factors that may hinder departmental functions.
- Conduct analysis related to both operating and capital costs.
- Evaluate processing yields and losses as well as assess in-process time.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in civil and structural engineering.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Ability to analyze technical and financial data effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities in engineering contexts.
