Job Summary
The Auto Estimator is responsible for gathering vehicle details to generate repair estimates through either photographic evidence or direct inspections. This role also involves offering technical assistance to claims handlers and ensuring high-quality customer service during the entire claims process.
Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze vehicle data to prepare accurate repair estimates.
- Conduct in-person inspections and utilize photos for assessment purposes.
- Provide technical support and guidance to claim handlers.
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the claims process.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in auto collision repair, auto damage estimation, or appraisal within the auto insurance sector.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including bending and lifting.
