The Claims Associate role involves the assessment, evaluation, and decision-making on claims while adhering to contract stipulations and repair criteria. It is essential to maintain accurate documentation of claim records and convey claim resolutions professionally to both dealers and customers. Applicants are expected to possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in powersports service advising or warranty administration. A solid understanding of parts and labor auditing, paired with outstanding documentation and communication abilities, is necessary.
