**Client Accountant**
The Client Accountant plays a crucial role in managing complete accounting processes, overseeing cash management, conducting reconciliations, and generating detailed financial reports. This position requires maintaining precise fixed asset records and facilitating effective communication with both clients and property management teams. Applicants should have a degree in Finance or Accounting and typically possess up to one year of relevant experience. Proficiency in MS Office and excellent typing skills are essential, with an advantage given to candidates familiar with the commercial real estate sector.
