**Kids Coordinator**
The Kids Coordinator is responsible for offering both program and operational assistance to the Bayside Kids team, overseeing weekend experiences, ministry events, and classroom activities. This position emphasizes the recruitment, training, and scheduling of volunteers, along with the upkeep of ministry documentation and safety protocols. Applicants should have a minimum of two years’ experience in a relevant area and exhibit strong organizational and leadership capabilities. Familiarity with contemporary technology tools and a dedication to the organization’s mission and values are essential.
