**Job Title: Client Accounting Services (CAS) Manager**
The CAS Manager will be responsible for shaping the strategic direction, organization, and development of the Client Accounting Services practice, facilitating the firm’s transition to a model centered around client advisory. This role entails establishing efficient workflows, guiding team development, and collaborating with firm leadership to foster innovation and enhance service excellence. Ideal candidates should possess over 10 years of experience in accounting, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity within CAS or outsourced accounting environments. A CPA designation or an equivalent professional certification is preferred, along with a demonstrated success in creating and expanding accounting practices.
