**Patient Account Representative**
The Patient Account Representative is responsible for managing and tracking the billing procedures and the follow-up process for claims submitted to insurance providers and governmental entities. This role acts as a communication bridge among patients, employers, and insurance carriers to address claim-related concerns and ensure proper account record-keeping. Applicants should possess a High School Diploma or GED, along with 2-3 years of relevant experience in a professional business setting. A CPAR certification is required or should be acquired within the first two years of employment.
