Job description
The Client Accounting Services (CAS) Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing the strategic vision, organizational framework, and growth initiatives for the CAS practice, guiding the firm towards a model that prioritizes client advisory services. This role involves constructing efficient workflows, fostering team development, and collaborating with firm leadership to enhance service quality and drive innovation. Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting and Client Accounting Services, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership position. A CPA or equivalent professional certification is highly desirable, along with a documented history of successfully scaling accounting practices.
