**Client Experience Consultant**
The Client Experience Consultant plays a vital role in assisting the US Employer Sales Team by overseeing client accounts, engaging in implementation discussions, and liaising with third-party vendors. The consultant is tasked with ensuring that client information is up-to-date in Salesforce and that client requirements are anticipated and met through effective collaboration across different teams. Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree and hold a Florida Health Insurance License. Additionally, 3-5 years of experience in the healthcare or managed care sector is essential, alongside strong skills in Salesforce and Microsoft Office applications.
