Job Summary
The Associate will act as a primary contact for client inquiries while overseeing the customer relationship management (CRM) system to ensure the integrity of client records and pipeline information. Additionally, the role involves providing support to the US Sales team by managing onboarding activities, generating reports, and contributing to diverse strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for client-related inquiries.
- Manage the CRM system to keep client records and pipeline data accurate.
- Assist the US Sales team with onboarding processes.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, investor relations, or investment operations in a financial services context.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational skills are crucial for thriving in a dynamic work environment.
