**Client Services Manager**
The Client Services Manager is responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with clients, their families, and caregivers while overseeing scheduling, staffing, and service authorizations. This role requires ensuring comprehensive documentation and partnering with office leadership to deliver exceptional and dependable home care services. Candidates should possess a high school diploma or its equivalent and demonstrate strong organizational and communication abilities. Experience in customer service, healthcare, or staffing is preferred, as well as the capacity to thrive in a dynamic office setting.
