The Clinic Director is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring adherence to regulations, and maintaining the provision of exceptional patient care. This role includes guiding staff development, overseeing the clinic’s budget, and serving as a liaison within the community to foster partnerships. Applicants are required to possess a Bachelor’s degree in a social, behavioral, or mental health discipline. Experience in management within an outpatient or substance use disorder treatment environment is strongly preferred.
