**Job Title: Medical Assistant**
The Medical Assistant plays a crucial role in delivering clinical support by monitoring vital signs, aiding in patient examinations, and gathering specimens, all while ensuring precise documentation in the electronic medical records (EMR). They foster a professional atmosphere through effective communication with patients, families, and colleagues, while strictly following safety and infection control guidelines. Applicants need to possess a valid Medical Assistant License from Washington State and be certified in CPR. A high school diploma or its equivalent is necessary, along with one to two years of higher education and preferred experience in a clinical setting.
