**Clinic RN**
The Clinic RN is responsible for delivering thorough nursing care and ensuring effective care coordination for patients in an outpatient environment. This position entails evaluating, developing, and executing care plans via direct interactions, phone communications, and electronic methods, all while working in conjunction with the healthcare team. Applicants must hold a degree from an accredited nursing program, either an associate’s or bachelor’s degree, and have a valid Texas Registered Nurse license. A minimum of 18 months of nursing experience and a current American Heart Association BLS certification are mandatory at the time of hire.
