Job description
The Lead CNA Caregiver offers direct care to clients in their homes, takes charge of urgent shift needs, and oversees staff performance. This role involves conducting client check-ins, mentoring new caregiving staff, and ensuring that the agency maintains exceptional service quality. Candidates should have a valid Nevada Certified Nursing Assistant certification and a minimum of two years of experience in professional caregiving. Additionally, a valid driver’s license, dependable transportation, and the capability to pass background checks are essential.
