The analyst will lead the design and development of business intelligence solutions, including data warehousing, predictive modeling, and clinical performance analytics. They will provide technical leadership to team members and collaborate with business partners to deliver actionable insights through advanced visualization and reporting. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in a technical or healthcare informatics field and at least five years of experience in data analytics and warehousing. Proficiency in Epic data models, SQL, and visualization tools like Tableau is highly preferred.
