**Job Title: Clinical Coordinator**
The Clinical Coordinator leads a team of case managers, ensuring the provision of exceptional clinical services through harm reduction and housing-first approaches. This role entails managing individual service plans, performing client assessments, and offering clinical leadership to facilitate residents’ movement into permanent housing. Applicants should possess a New York State Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW) credential and have a minimum of three years of experience working with relevant populations. A solid grasp of service delivery models and proficiency in administrative software are essential for success in this position.
