Job Summary
The Floor Technician plays a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and aesthetic appeal in both resident rooms and communal spaces by performing cleaning, buffing, and refinishing of floors. This position entails operating floor care machinery safely and efficiently, while also keeping detailed records of cleaning activities and following strict infection control measures to uphold a healthy environment.

Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- While prior experience in floor care is not mandatory, a willingness to learn is essential.
- Ability to lift weights of up to 50 pounds.
