Job description
The Clinical Development Veterinarian will split their responsibilities between delivering exceptional clinical services at a designated home hospital and traveling within the region to guide, mentor, and cultivate veterinary teams. This position is dedicated to enhancing clinical competencies in areas such as medicine, surgery, and dentistry, while also supporting the organization’s mentorship and educational initiatives. Applicants should possess a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree and have a minimum of five years of experience in small animal general practice. Essential qualifications include strong clinical abilities, a fervent interest in teaching, and the capability to travel regionally up to 50% of the time.
