The Laboratory Biller is responsible for managing the revenue cycle by submitting accurate insurance claims and generating invoices for patients and corporate clients. They also handle denial management, payment reconciliation, and provide support to patients and providers regarding billing inquiries. Candidates must have 2–3 years of experience in laboratory or medical billing and proficiency with billing software and coding conventions. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a high-volume environment are required.
