The Clinical Director provides administrative and clinical leadership to the department while overseeing staff and ensuring regulatory compliance. They also serve as a liaison for outpatient clinics and provide consultation during client crises. Candidates must hold a license as a Psychologist, LISCSW, BCBA, or a Master’s/Doctorate level clinician. A minimum of five years of clinical experience with developmental disabilities and mental health conditions is required.
