Job Summary
The Pharmacy Technician plays a crucial role in assisting pharmacy operations by accurately dispensing medication and carrying out administrative tasks under the guidance of a Registered Pharmacist. This position is essential for ensuring efficient pharmacy service delivery to both clinic personnel and patients.
Responsibilities
- Dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently.
- Execute clerical tasks to support pharmacy operations.
- Manage and maintain pharmacy inventory levels.
- Process orders from wholesalers to keep the pharmacy stocked.
- Provide outstanding customer service to hospital staff and patients.
Qualifications
- Must possess an active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in Oregon.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a retail pharmacy setting.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid US driver’s license.
