Job Summary
The Clinical Educator is responsible for creating and implementing educational initiatives aimed at improving the skills of nursing personnel and enhancing the overall quality of patient care. This role involves working closely with various interdisciplinary teams to ensure that training programs meet the organization’s objectives, comply with regulatory requirements, and are grounded in evidence-based practices.

- Design and implement educational programs for nursing staff to improve competencies.

Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Nursing.
- 3-5 years of experience in clinical nursing.
- Current Registered Nurse license is mandatory.
- Basic Life Support certification required.
