**Job Title: Clinical Pharmacist**
The Clinical Pharmacist is tasked with optimizing medication therapy for patients in their designated specialty area and conducting educational initiatives for staff and caregivers. This role is pivotal in guaranteeing that patients receive both safe and economical pharmaceutical care. Applicants must possess a valid CT Pharmacist license and a PharmD degree. Additionally, a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in pharmacy practice or the completion of an ASHP-accredited residency program is mandatory.
