Job Summary
The Clinical Research Associate I position is based in Austin, Texas, within the Department of Psychiatry. This role is focused on the oversight and coordination of clinical trials and related activities, contributing to the advancement of medical research and patient care.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and management of clinical trial documentation.
- Monitor clinical trial compliance with protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate data collection and ensure integrity of data for clinical studies.
- Support investigators and study teams in the conduct of clinical research.
- Participate in the training and onboarding of study staff as required.
Qualifications
- Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, nursing, or a closely related discipline.
- Approximately one year of experience in clinical research or a relevant field.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and good clinical practices.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.
