**Clinical Research Coordinator**
The Clinical Research Coordinator oversees the implementation of study operations, focusing on the recruitment, screening, and enrollment of participants while strictly adhering to the research protocols. This role entails maintaining accurate regulatory documentation, managing the study databases effectively, and fostering communication among sponsors, Institutional Review Boards (IRBs), and research teams. Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree or have relevant equivalent experience, with at least 2 years of experience in the healthcare or research field. IATA certification is mandatory, and additional certifications in research are highly desirable.
