Job Summary
The Clinical Services Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily functions of clinical operations, leading the clinical support team, and guaranteeing the provision of exceptional, patient-focused care. This position prioritizes monitoring performance, ensuring adherence to regulations, and implementing process enhancements to improve clinical efficacy.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the operations of clinical services on a daily basis.
- Manage and support clinical staff to ensure optimal performance.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care in all clinical activities.
- Monitor performance metrics and adherence to regulatory standards.
- Identify and drive process improvements to enhance clinical efficiency.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree is required.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting is preferred, especially in a community health context.
- Possession of a valid medical assistant certificate is mandatory.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
