Job description
The Registered Nurse delivers comprehensive patient care by conducting assessments, formulating care plans, executing treatments, and evaluating the effectiveness of programs. Responsibilities include administering medications, carrying out diagnostic tests, and recording patient interactions utilizing SOAP documentation. Applicants should be graduates from an accredited nursing program and possess an active Registered Nurse license for the state in which they seek employment. A preference is given to those with at least one year of experience in a clinical setting, and CPR certification is mandatory.
