**Job Title: Clinical Supervisor**
The Clinical Supervisor will lead a team of practitioners, oversee patient caseloads, and guarantee the provision of exceptional behavioral health care that centers on families. Responsibilities include training staff, ensuring clinical compliance, and creating personalized treatment and behavior intervention strategies. Applicants should possess a Master’s degree and hold a relevant professional certification or licensure, such as BCBA, LMFT, or LCSW. Significant experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity in a clinical setting is highly recommended, along with outstanding communication and team leadership abilities.
