Job Summary
The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing nursing operations within a designated unit and patient demographic. In the absence of upper management, such as the Manager or Director, this role may entail taking on comprehensive nursing duties around the clock.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate nursing activities for assigned patient population.
- Assume 24-hour nursing accountability when Manager or Director is unavailable.
- Ensure adherence to nursing standards and protocols within the unit.
Qualifications
- Must have graduated from an accredited nursing program.
- Require a minimum of two to three years of clinical experience in nursing.
- Current Registered Nurse license in Georgia is mandatory.
- BLS certification is required.
