Job Summary
The Medical Director plays a pivotal role in providing clinical leadership and oversight within the organization. This position is essential for ensuring the delivery of high-quality medical care and for guiding the development of clinical programs, policies, and quality improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the clinical team to maintain excellence in patient care.

Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD or DO) and board certification in a relevant specialty.
- Extensive clinical experience and demonstrated leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead interdisciplinary teams and collaborate effectively across functions.
